Awesome product, and I really dug the guide for slicing out the middle bed hole. Watching the video was a big help too.
This thing works like a charm on my Ram. I got it to go with the 5th wheel companion hitch. I haven’t actually towed anything with it yet, but so far so good, and it looks pretty sharp. The only little hiccup is this cross member that stops the ball from being stored upside down. It would be better if it came with a cap. $20 just for an accessory seems a bit steep.
It was a breeze to install, tugs amazingly, and the new instructions just made everything so much easier for me.
In all my years of installing about fifty hitches, I gotta say, this one was the easiest, hands down! The templates alone make it worth the extra cost. Honestly, dealing with the spare tire was way more trouble than the hitch itself!
I kinda miss the rubber on the handle from the old ones, but it’s all good.
