Oct 4 2023 while moving a 24ft box trailer from VT to FL, had a tire separation and my brake controller was working intermittently. So I stayed overnight in Chambersburg. Through a Google search I called the first shop that opened at 7AM, they referred me to Brechbill Trailer. I just drove over and waited for them to open. The Service Mgr pulled in after us and before entering the building approach me to find out how he could help. I explained I needed 4 new tires and have my controller checked out. He said no problem and had to go in and meet with his team, please give him 15 min. Well it was a short 15 min and the bay doors opened and a technician came out and pulled the trailer in. 1 hour later, with new Tires, controller and 7 pin connector I was on the road. All testing was explained during the process and I never felt like I was in the wrong place.. if you are within 50 miles, make the drive. It will be well worth the trip.

Figuring out the wire colors was a breeze, and POLLAK was super quick to respond. STEPHEN helped me out and he was just amazing.
This one slotted into my 2003 Ford F150 like a dream! Slapped it in super easily and it’s made from top-notch stuff that should stick around for ages.

Alright, this gadget does its job BUT…everyone knows there’s an unwritten color code for trailer wiring. Green is for right turn/stop, yellow is for left turn/stop, that’s pretty much a universal understanding…well, until folks like these come along and mix things up. Seriously guys? Is it too much to follow a simple, globally recognized convention? There’s really no excuse, especially when the package doesn’t even include a color guide. I can’t give more than two stars for such a basic error, even though the product’s okay otherwise. So, for anyone buying this, here’s the color guide they didn’t bother including: Red is Left/Stop, White is Ground, Blue is E-Brakes, Green is right/Stop, Black is Battery, Brown is Tail Lights, and Yellow is Backup. There you go.
