Brechbill Trailer Sales LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Brechbill Tools mobile application for authorized employees. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the app.

Information We Collect and Access

Depending on your account permissions and the features you use, we collect or access:

• Account and profile information: employee identifiers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, profile photos, and other details you provide or update, such as your biography, date of birth, gender, and time zone.
• Work records: clock-in and clock-out times, breaks, timesheets, schedules, time-off requests, pay requests, and related employee information.
• Files and submitted content: photos, videos, documents, notes, and other content you upload or submit through the app.
• Device and session information: device and installation identifiers, notification tokens, app and operating-system information, and information needed to manage sign-in sessions.
• Diagnostic information: crash reports, errors, device and application state, and diagnostic session information. Crash reports may include your employee account identifier to help us troubleshoot problems.

How We Use Your Information

• Authenticate your identity and manage access to employee features.
• Provide time tracking, timesheets, schedules, time-off requests, pay requests, file management, and other workplace tools.
• Save profile changes and synchronize information across devices.
• Send SMS verification codes and push notifications.
• Maintain security, investigate errors, and improve app reliability and performance.

Data Storage and Access

Employee information, work records, and submitted content are stored on our AWS-hosted systems. Authorized company personnel can access information according to their assigned permissions.

The app stores sign-in tokens using your device’s secure storage. Settings and cached information may also be stored locally to support app features.

Third-Party Services

We use service providers to operate the app, including:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): hosting and storage.
• Dialpad: delivery of SMS verification codes.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: delivery of push notifications.
• Google Firebase Crashlytics and supporting services: crash reporting and diagnostics.

These providers process information needed to deliver their services.

Data Sharing and Advertising

We do not sell your personal information. Information is processed by the service providers described above and made available to authorized company personnel to operate the app and support workplace functions.

We do not use app data for targeted advertising or to track you across other companies’ apps and websites.

Device Permissions

The app requests camera or photo access for features you choose to use, such as taking or uploading photos. You can manage these permissions and push notifications in your device settings.

Optional Face ID or Touch ID app locking uses your device’s authentication system. The app does not receive or store your facial or fingerprint biometric templates.

Your Information and Choices

You can review and update supported profile information in the app. For questions about your information, corrections, account closure, or deletion requests, contact your company administrator or email us using the address below.

Deleting the app from your device does not delete employee or work records stored by the company. Some information may need to be retained for employment, payroll, security, or applicable recordkeeping requirements.
